We strongly believe in supporting the local economy and community which is why we stock food products from local farms and artisans. Supporting small businesses is at the heart of our ethos for doing business. It is also more sustainable to source products from within the locality reducing transport costs and pollution. However, we also import products from other countries as well.

"Paige DeFeo and her team recently catered our backyard wedding, and we could not have been more pleased. The food was exquisite—a grazing table that satisfied vegetarians and meat lovers alike, entrees that sourced super fresh local ingredients, and portions that allowed for seconds and thirds. No one left hungry; and every guest we spoke to noted the attention to detail and the gourmet quality of the meal. That Paige executed the meal operating out of a small kitchen made it all the more impressive. And at the conclusion of the evening, all leftovers were packed in Tupperware and stored in the fridge. The kitchen, too, was returned to a not-before-seen state of cleanliness. My mother in law remarked that she wasn’t sure if the kitchen had ever been so clean! Finally, a special hat tip to Paige’s staff, who were without fail exceedingly kind, attentive, and professional. Thank you so much, Chef Paige, for making our wedding a culinary experience that exceeded our expectations. We sincerely recommend her and hope to have occasion to hire her again.
